EMDAY: two days packed full of engaging keynotes, relaxed networking opportunities and pro-found discussion around all things email. Dartagnan wouldn’t miss this for anything.

It would be an understatement to say we are excited for the June 21st kickoff of the premiere French email event: EMDAY 2018!

Why we go to EMDAY (and why we keep coming back)

2018 will mark the third consecutive year Dartagnan has participated in the EMDAY conference and our second year attending as an event sponsor. We’re super keen to step off the plane for two incredible days in Bischenberg—that’s without even beginning to consider the charm of the location itself.

As our Commercial Director Pascal explains in an interview with event organisers, EMDAY is unique among French tech conferences as the only event focussed entirely on email. Dartagnan takes part in a wide range of conventions dedicated to e-commerce (Monaco One-to-One, Paris Retail Week, RetMo), user experience design (Flupa UX) and new technology (Viva Technology), but EMDAY holds a special place in our hearts.

This two-day event allows us to dive deep and explore our field, in particular the value chain of email marketing.

What’s on the programme this year

Are you interested in information collection, enrichment and best practises for your subscribers? If so, make sure you attend the keynotes hosted by TimeOne and Snipemail on the 21st, as well as the GDPR assessment by Nathalie Phan Place of SNCD the following morning.

Are you worried about the deliverability of your emails or commercial pressure? There’s a round table covering that on the morning of the 22nd, and Tape À L’Oeil is presenting a fantastic session later that afternoon.

Are you motivated by questions of email design and creativity? Head to the now-classic “Email Clinic” on the afternoon of the 21st or check out the Badsender rendering workshop.

What Dartagnan will be up to

At the risk of being immodest, we really recommend that you join us for the Dartagnan workshop from 2.20 p.m. to 2.55 p.m. where we’ll be touching on a wide range of important points. Our CTO Thomas Leroy will lead the seminar, along with our own Pascal Bertoux and Florian Rohée, Head of Customer Relationship Management for showroomprivée.com.

Thomas and Pascal will show you how we resolve the “squared circle” problem of modern email marketing: “Mechanising responsive email creation without sacrificing creative design”.

Florian will explain how the Dartagnan email builder solution helps his teams be more innovative and creative while improving efficiency and boosting essential KPIs (reactivity, conversion and deliverability) for eCRM.
